    Join me for a speedy session focusing on mobility and stability using the small inflatable pilates ball. This is great for anyone trying to fit in a quick workout challenging the core.     Upper Back & Shoulders | Ball

    A short and sweet stretch session using a small inflatable pilates ball to aid your stretches.

    We are mainly focussing on the shoulders, spine and chest areas with these movements. You could follow along or intertwine them with other post workout cool down sequences or longer stretch sessions.
