You will find a small number of on demand classes and workouts on our Youtube Channel.
For those signed up to the Online Programme you have access to our private class library with dozens of on demand and recorded classes for you to do at any time from anywhere!
Perfect when travelling for work or pleasure, fitting in your movement in a busy schedule or complimenting your other training or outdoor exercise.

We all have different lifestyles and sometimes fitting in regular movement can be challenging. The livestream classes are a great way to hold yourself accountable to prioritising your health and wellbeing. By joining this small community of Movers you will receive personal modifications, technique cues and advice. The focus is on finding the JOY in moving our bodies. We want you to feel GOOD when you move and build a body that carries you with strength everyday.
We want to get to know all our MOVERS and ensure that every class caters to everyone’s abilities with modifications and advice provided at all times. So please let us know if you have any concerns or personal requests. All of our signature classes can support pre and post natal bodies too.
Timetable:

7.30-8.15am - Align & Tone
45min
Barre - a full body workout combining elements of ballet barre and pilates. Focusing on alignment and posture using light weights and bands for high repetition and high burn exercises.

6.00-6.30pm - Shake it & Sculpt
30min
A short session focussing on FUN! Dance party vibes with 2-3 cardio tracks to raise the heart rate followed by bodyweight and lightly weighted exercises to increase muscular strength and endurance.
6.30-7.00pm - Stretch & Relax
30min
Time to unwind with a full body stretch and some dedicated time to relax.
You can join both classes back to back or jump on just for one.

45min
Midweek focus on strength. Grab those slightly heavier weights and build a longer and stronger body.

7.45-8.15am - Align & Tone
30min
A speedy session with Annie focusing on the glutes and core. Ending your week feeling powerful!
