Weekly classes delivered on Zoom from our living rooms to wherever you may be! 30-45 minutes in length.
By subscribing to our online programme or purchasing a one off monthly package, you can attend as many livestream classes as you desire as well as access our private Class Library with dozens of recorded sessions that you can do in your own time.
For 2025 we have also introduced the option to purchase single class passes, £5 per class. This way you can ‘pay as you go’ for individual classes if you do not wish to sign up to the full month.
We want to get to know all our MOVERS and ensure that every class caters to everyone’s abilities with modifications and advice provided at all times. So please let us know if you have any concerns or personal requests. All of our signature classes can support pre and post natal bodies too.
