Our Classes
We want you to find different ways to MOVE and discover what feels good for you - remember we are all about finding the JOY in moving our bodies. These combination classes are suitable for all bodies and modifications and intensity options are always provided. If you have any questions or specific requirements please get in touch.
Align & Tone
Combining elements of pilates, yoga and barre with a focus on alignment and posture. Creating a longer and stronger body. This class is perfect for strengthening your deep core and glutes muscles.
Shake it & Sculpt
A fun filled class with dance and aerobic sequences to work your cardiovascular system. Followed by body conditioning exercises for a little (or big) burn. Dependent on the focus, you may use heavy weights to improve strength and target specific muscle groups.
Stretch & Relax
Time to wind down with gentle flows, stretches and breathing techniques to relax the mind and body. Expect calming music and to leave feeling renewed.

By signing up to our online programme you can attend our weekly livestream classes as well as access our private Class Library of recorded sessions that you can do in your own time.
Our Signature Classes are designed to provide a mixture of movement and exercise styles, encouraging MOVERS to try different things always with a focus on the JOY of movement! All of our signature classes have been designed to support pre and post natal bodies too.

7.30-8.15am - Align & Tone
45min
Barre - a full body, low impact workout combining elements of ballet barre and pilates. Focusing on alignment and posture using light weights, small inflatable ball and resistance bands for high repetition and high burn exercises.

7.30-8.00am - Shake it & Sculpt
30min
A short session focussing on FUN! Dance fitness and aerobics vibes with 2-3 cardio tracks to raise the heart rate followed by bodyweight exercises to increase muscular strength and endurance.

7.30-8.15am - Shake it & Sculpt
45min
Midweek focus on cardiovascular fitness and strength. Grab those slightly heavier weights and build a longer and stronger body. This is our high impact session for the week mixing between HIIT, circuits, aerobics and strength and conditioning styles.

7.00-7.30am - Align & Tone
30min
An earlier class with a slightly more gentle approach in terms of intensity. Working on mobility, especially for the shoulders, spine and pelvis. Also incorporating resistance bands and light weights for toning.

30min
A speedy session focusing on the glutes and core. Think posture, deep core strength and full body stability. End your week feeling powerful!
Our summer timetable runs from the start of July until the end of September. x5 livestream classes per week, one each weekday morning. 30-45mins in length with a variety of movement styles and always focusing on the JOY.
