Our Classes
We want you to find different ways to MOVE and discover what feels good for you - remember we are all about finding the JOY in moving our bodies. These combination classes are suitable for all bodies and modifications and intensity options are always provided. If you have any questions or specific requirements please get in touch.
Align & Tone
Combining elements of pilates, yoga and barre with a focus on alignment and posture. Creating a longer and stronger body. This class is perfect for strengthening your deep core and glutes muscles.
Shake it & Sculpt
A fun filled class with dance and aerobic sequences to work your cardiovascular system. Followed by body conditioning exercises for a little (or big) burn. Dependent on the focus, you may use heavy weights to improve strength and target specific muscle groups.
Stretch & Relax
Time to wind down with gentle flows, stretches and breathing techniques to relax the mind and body. Expect calming music and to leave feeling renewed.

By signing up to our online programme you can attend our weekly livestream classes as well as access our private Class Library of recorded sessions that you can do in your own time.
Our Signature Classes are designed to provide a mixture of movement and exercise styles, encouraging MOVERS to try different things always with a focus on the JOY of movement! All of our signature classes have been designed to support pre and post natal bodies too.

Barre - a full body workout combining elements of ballet barre and pilates. Focusing on alignment and posture using light weights and bands for high repetition and high burn exercises.

A morning dance party with 3 cardio tracks to raise the heart rate followed by bodyweight and weighted exercises to increase muscular strength and endurance.

Midweek focus on strength. Grab those slightly heavier weights and build a longer and stronger body.
