Upper back and shoulders | short sequence using the pilates ball

A short and sweet stretch session using a small inflatable pilates ball to aid your stretches.

We are mainly focussing on the shoulders, spine and chest areas with these movements. You could follow along or intertwine them with other post workout cool down sequences or longer stretch sessions.
