Stretch & Relax
A series of stretches to open the hips with some yin style extended holds to allow for deeper relaxation.
All about the hips, glutes and hamstrings. Starting standing with lots of juicy hip rolls and then down to the mat for deeper stretches.
Yin yoga style class with stretches/poses held for 30secs - 2min. Focussing on the shoulders and upper back.
A speedy stretch using the strap. Find length in those hamstrings.
The session is all down on the mat and you can use the pilates ball to help with some shoulder and spine mobility work.
A short 20min stretch using the foam roller to focus on the shoulders, back, legs and glutes.
A quick 20min full body stretch. Great to do on it’s own or after another class or workout.
An evening flow with gentle movements to allow blood flow and warming of the body before some deeper stretches
A 30min class with a focus on the spine, hopefully leaving you feeling a little longer.
