Shake It & Sculpt

Join Lizzy for a boogie followed by standing sculpt exercises. Have some water close by as things might get a bit sweaty!

Join Lizzy for a fun session bouncing around and then using your long resistance band for the sculpt elements. Full body workout!

Cardio and Strength focused 45min session. Warm up, HIIT style tracks, shadow boxing and weighted exercises.

Speedy 30min dance party with a Madonna inspired arm track followed by glutes. This can be a bodyweight session or maybe add some wrist/ankle weights and a looped band if you fancy.

A quick 30min class just using your bodyweight. Perfect for a quick work break or when you’re away without equipment.

A fun 30min session with no equipment needed. A great option for a lunch break boogie.
