Align & Tone

30min A&T with a glutes and core focus. This class is also perfect for pre and post natal bodies. Please always listen to your bodies and rest/modify when you need.

30min to warm up the body or perfect after a walk or run. Gentle flow followed by two toning tracks.

A speedy 30min session using the ball and focusing on stability.

A 20min short and sweet full body workout using a light-medium looped resistance band. Voice over to guide you and enjoy the views of paradise!

Perfect for the start of your day with sun salutations to get you warm and awake followed by toning exercises standing and on the mat.

Work that waist and feel the glute burn with this 30min workout. Some more challenging exercises in this mix too.

Using the small inflatable pilates ball to aid mobility and test core stability. A speedy workout that’s perfect for when you don’t have a lot of time or you could repeat the exercises 2-4 times.
